2 weeks ago I spoke to a group of youth at the Student Advisory Center under its Recharge Program. I didn’t know what to expect and I actually enjoyed interacting with the kids. All I had to do was tell the story of how I lead my younger years as a swimmer while [...]

Friends have often asked me what I would really love to do in this life and I would say that I would love to climb Mount Everest or do exactly what Greg is doing at the moment! Push myself to the limit in some far out endurance sports activity while raising monies to help [...]

I recently received an email from a friend of mine who’s writing a piece on “informal” volunteering and marrying volunteering with personal passions and personal skills.
